Robyn Murrell is the owner and operator of ZHOOSH Fitness Garage, bringing health and personal training to residents of New Westminster and the Lower Mainland. Operating as a personal trainer since 2011, Robyn has an established clientele of extremely satisfied clients, with openings available for personal training sessions and on-going programs.
Robyn also teaches the only all women’s Kickboxing in New Westminster for Foxy Kickboxing, and she runs small group training sessions several times throughout the year.
When not teaching classes, Robyn works one-on-one with personal training clients. Every client is different, so every program is customized. Some people want to lose weight or get in shape, but she also gets people with injuries. She will work with their healthcare providers to support the client and help them reach optimum health and fitness, as well as putting them through a fitness test and postural analysis to see where to start and how to tailor a workout for them. Her energy and enthusiasm motivate clients through their sessions, no matter what fitness level they start with.
Robyn is a huge supporter of the Parkinson Society British Columbia, and she just completed an intense PWR4Life Certification Course to become one of the first Personal Trainers qualified to work with people with Parkinsons and other movement disorders and is in the process of designing a fitness program especially for people with the disease. After all, when the biggest fight is with your own challenges, exercise is one of your best weapons.
